Mindful Parenting and Yoga for Kids
Parenting can be stressful and cause feelings of being overwhelmed, tense, or worried. In this 6 week series led by Beth Shapiro, MA, LICSW, we will learn how being mindful can help reduce stress, improve emotional well-being and help your children thrive.
While parents learn mindfulness, children will participate in a yoga class for kids led by Kara Pilon Reil, MA, LPCC, where will be incorporating movement and breathing techniques acquired from Yoga Calm.
